Ampsu

Most calorie apps take your age, height, weight and activity level, run them through a formula, and give you a calorie target.

That's useful as a starting point, but it's still just an estimate. Ampsu starts there and then uses your actual data. Log what you eat for a couple of weeks, weigh yourself occasionally, and it can work out how your body is actually responding. Your target can then be based on that instead of a generic calculation. You don't need to log workouts or manually earn calories back. Just log your food and your weight! Look back at your week and see what you're actually eating, rather than just whether you hit your calorie number. SET YOUR GOALS HOWEVER YOU LIKE You don't have to use the same target every day. Set different targets for different days, use a repeating pattern, have separate targets for training days, keep things dynamic, or just rely on Metabolism mode.
