Overview
Det Mimir is a self-hosted, read-only incident investigation engine for Linux infrastructure, built for DevOps and SRE teams.
It collects evidence through registered commands, applies deterministic investigation logic, and produces source-cited reports that show what happened, what evidence supports each finding, what was ruled out, and what could not be verified. The investigation core works without an LLM. Optional AI is additive and operator-controlled rather than replacing the investigation itself. Det Mimir remains read-only: it does not restart services, change configuration, or remediate systems.
