Dienstzeitplan.de combines staff scheduling, mobile time tracking and leave management for small and medium-sized teams.

Managers plan recurring assignments and open shifts in a browser portal; employees check shifts, share availability and clock in and out through a mobile web app. Time accounts, client reports and digital service records with online client approval help document delivered work. Pro adds leave approvals, push notifications, employee documents, shift notes and attachments, location transmission at clock-in/out and Excel, CSV and DATEV exports. German and English interfaces work in desktop and mobile browsers. Basic costs EUR 1.50 and Pro EUR 2.50 per employee/month, with a minimum of ten employees (EUR 15/25 per month) and capacity in blocks of ten. A free seven-day trial is available. Support is provided by email, phone and ticket. In Pro, employees can also submit text and up to ten photos linked to their own accessible shift after it starts. Administrators and authorised planners review the author, submission time and shift reference. The object context comes from that shift. These submissions do not automatically attach to client-approved service records.
