Noodle is Helena Bioinformatics' public read-only service and MCP server for biomedical literature discovery.
Researchers and AI agents can search and inspect publications, resolve PMID, DOI and PMCID identifiers, find related research, and traverse citation and semantic literature relationships. It accepts public research questions and publication identifiers, not patient data, and does not treat similarity as causal evidence.
